Right brake lever for cable and brake switch

The black right-hand lever has a mounting point for a mechanical cable and a separate electrical output. The approximately 24.5 cm cable ends with a white two-pin connector.

The length of the lever is approximately 167 mm. Compare the mounting side, handlebar mount, and electrical connector; the stroke adjustment must allow for reliable braking without the lever touching the grip.

Correct lever position

• Replace a damaged or bent lever and also check the cable and housing. Before disconnecting the electrical connector, turn off the power.
• Install the lever in an accessible position, connect the cable, and adjust the stroke. Route the electrical cable so that it does not strain when turning the handlebars.
• Check mechanical braking and electrical brake sensing separately. The lever must return freely, and the wheel must not remain braked when the lever is released.
