Original right brake lever for KuKirin G3

Right brake lever for cable and brake switch

The black right lever has a connection for a mechanical cable and a separate electrical output. An approximately 24.5 cm long cable ends with a white two-pin connector.

Features and fitment

• Model: KuKirin G3.
• Right black lever for mechanical brake.
• Electrical cable with white connector; approximately 24.5 cm.
• Brake cable housing and handlebar clamp.

Approximate dimensions

• Lever: 167 × 90 mm.
• Clamp diameter: 23 mm.
• Cable length: 245 mm.

The lever length is approximately 167 mm. Compare the installation side, handlebar mounting, and electrical connector; the travel adjustment must allow for reliable braking without the lever touching the grip.

Proper lever position

• Replace a damaged or bent lever and check the cable and housing as well. Turn off the power before disconnecting the electrical connector.
• Install the lever in an accessible position, connect the cable, and adjust the travel. Route the electrical cable so that it does not tension when turning the handlebars.
• Separately verify the mechanical braking and the electrical brake sensor. The lever must return freely, and the wheel must not remain braked without pressing the brake.
