ULIP reinforced inner tube with angled valve

The ULIP 10 × 2.5 inner tube features a reinforced design and a metal valve with a 90-degree bend. It is designed for compatible ten-inch wheel assemblies requiring an inner tube.

  • ULIP 10 × 2.5 reinforced inner tube; 90° angled valve.

Approximate dimensions

  • Inner tube outer diameter: 235 mm.
  • Inner tube inner diameter: 148 mm.
  • Inner tube width: 43 mm.
  • Angled valve: length 35 mm, angle 90°.

In addition to the tire dimension, check the valve orientation and accessibility near the motor. The valve should emerge from the rim hole without tension, leaving enough space to connect a pump.

Replacement without pinching the inner tube

  • Before replacement, identify the cause of the puncture in the tire or on the rim. Debris, a sharp edge, or a damaged rim strip can damage the new inner tube immediately.
  • Inflate the inner tube slightly, align the valve with the opening, and distribute it evenly within the tire. When seating the bead, do not pinch it with installation tools.
  • Inflate to the pressure allowed for the wheel assembly. Check the valve position and sealing; do not use the valve cap to stop leaks.
