The wide ULIP inner tube features a straight Schrader valve and a dual-dimension marking of 20 × 4.0 / 3.50-16. It is designed for a compatible tire and rim of a wide wheel assembly.

Approximate dimensions

  • Outer tube diameter: 565 mm.
  • Inner tube diameter: 408 mm.
  • Tube width: 80.9 mm.
  • Valve length: 30 mm.

The straight valve is approximately 30 mm long. When selecting, compare the full dimension markings on your old inner tube and tire, and check valve accessibility after wheel installation.

Installation without pinching the tube

  • Before replacement, identify the cause of the puncture in the tire or on the rim. Foreign objects, sharp edges, or a damaged rim strip can immediately damage the new inner tube as well.
  • Slightly inflate the inner tube, align the valve with the hole, and distribute it evenly inside the tire. When installing the bead, do not pinch it with installation tools.
  • Inflate to the pressure allowed for the wheel assembly. Check the valve position and sealing; do not use valve caps to stop leaks.
