ULIP inner tube with 20 × 4.0 and 3.50-16 designations

The wide ULIP inner tube has a straight Schrader valve and a dual dimension designation of 20 × 4.0 / 3.50-16. It is designed for an appropriate tire and rim of a wide wheel assembly.

  • ULIP 20 × 4.0 / 3.50-16; straight Schrader valve.

Approximate dimensions

  • Inner tube outer diameter: 565 mm.
  • Inner tube inner diameter: 408 mm.
  • Inner tube width: 80.9 mm.
  • Valve length: 30 mm.

The straight valve is approximately 30 mm long. When selecting, compare the complete dimension designation on the old inner tube and tire, and check access to the valve after installing the wheel.

Replacement without pinching the tube

  • Before replacement, find the cause of the puncture in the tire or on the rim. A foreign object, sharp edge, or damaged rim tape can immediately damage the new inner tube as well.
  • Slightly inflate the inner tube, align the valve with the hole, and distribute it evenly inside the tire. When installing the edge, do not pinch it with mounting tools.
  • Inflate to the pressure allowed for the wheel assembly. Check the valve position and sealing; do not use the valve cap to stop leaks.
