Setting the support and grip

• Remove the old grips and clean and dry the handlebars. Before fastening, check that the new grip sits fully on the intended tube section.
• Adjust the position for a relaxed wrist and access to the brake lever. Tighten the clamping parts, where present, according to the instructions and check that the grip does not rotate.
• Check for free throttle return. Replace torn, hardened, or slippery grips; do not apply lubricant to the grip surface.
