• Remove the old grips, then clean and dry the handlebar. Before fastening, check that the new grip sits completely on the intended part of the tube.
• Adjust the position to your relaxed wrist and the brake lever reach. Tighten the clamping parts, where present, according to the instructions and check that the grip does not rotate.
• Check the free return of the throttle. Replace torn, hardened, or slippery grips; do not apply lubricant to the grip surface.
