Replacing and aligning the disc

• Replace the disc if there are cracks, permanent deformation, or wear below the minimum thickness. If rubbing occurs, also check the caliper alignment first.
• Clean the hub contact surface and install the disc in the marked direction of rotation. Tighten the screws gradually in a cross pattern to the specified torque.
• Keep the brake surface clean and oil-free. After assembly, check for free rotation and braking; the new disc and pads require proper bedding in.
