Charging connection CQ–XT30 for G2 Master

The black charging cable has a CQ socket on one end and a yellow XT30U-M connector on the other. It allows connecting a suitable charging point with the internal scooter wiring.

• Charging cable with CQ connector and yellow XT30 connector.

Approximate dimensions

• Cable: length 34 cm, diameter 4 mm.
• Round socket housing: length 27.5 mm, diameter 14 mm.

The cable length is approximately 34 cm. Check the shape of the CQ socket, mounting, and polarity on the XT30. Perform the replacement with the battery disconnected and protect the cable from being pinched under the cover.

Connection and wiring protection

• Before servicing, disconnect the power supply according to the device instructions. Compare the shape of the connectors, polarity or signal layout, and the condition of the contacts.
• Connect the joints without forcing them and protect them based on the installation location. Route the cable away from sharp edges and moving parts.
• Check that the wiring is not pinched when steering or folding. Before switching on, check the polarity and layout of the signal contacts.
