This means you are not buying an ordinary factory scooter. The model is upgraded with more powerful NUTT hydraulic brakes, and the customer can also choose the type of brake pads and tires. The conversion and preparation of the scooter are performed by EVOLT, so you receive a configuration adapted to your riding style.

The scooter comes with a basic one-year commercial warranty, and upon purchase, you can buy an additional year to secure a total of two years of commercial warranty. Two service inspections are mandatory for the extended warranty to be valid:

• first service after 3 months or 1,000 km – whichever comes first; the 1st service is free, provided no additional work is required.
• second service after 3,000 km or one year from purchase – whichever comes first; the 2nd service is free, provided no additional work is required.

The commercial warranty covers proven factory defects in material, workmanship, or operation, which arise during proper use of the scooter.

It does not cover normal wear and tear or consumables, such as tires, inner tubes, brake pads, brake discs, bearings, and other parts that wear out with use. It also does not cover damage resulting from:

• falls, collisions, accidents, or overloading;
  
• water ingress or cleaning with a high-pressure cleaner;
  
• improper use, maintenance, or storage;
  
• unauthorized interventions and modifications;
  
• use of an unsuitable charger;
  
• improper charging or deep discharge of the battery;
  
• continued use of the scooter after a fault has occurred, which causes additional damage.
  

Every warranty claim is reviewed individually. The commercial warranty conditions do not limit the consumer's statutory rights regarding non-conformity of the goods.

Yes. Unauthorized opening, modification, or repair of the scooter voids the commercial warranty, especially when the intervention is related to the resulting defect. This includes interventions in:

• the battery;
  
• the controller;
  
• the motor;
  
• the electrical wiring and connectors;
  
• the display and other electronic components.
  

The battery warranty does not apply in case of deep discharge or undervoltage due to improper charging or storage. The battery must be charged regularly even when the scooter is not in use for a longer period.

Long-term storage of an empty battery can cause the voltage to drop below the safe limit and permanently damage the battery cells. Likewise, damage to the battery due to an unsuitable charger, moisture, impact, extreme temperatures, or other improper handling is not covered.

Yes. Both service checks are a mandatory condition for the validity of the two-year commercial warranty:

• first service after 3 months or 1,000 km – whichever comes first;
  
• second service after 3,000 km or one year from the date of purchase – whichever comes first.

If any of the services are not performed on time, the additional two-year commercial warranty expires. Services must be properly recorded, so the buyer must retain the service documentation.

Only the prescribed service check is free of charge. Any additional work, repairs, spare parts, and consumables are charged separately.

No. The two-year commercial warranty is only valid if it was selected and purchased together with the scooter. The purchase of the additional year of warranty must be stated on the invoice or other purchase documentation.

If the scooter was purchased only with the basic one-year commercial warranty, completed maintenance checks do not in themselves extend the warranty to two years.

The additional two-year commercial warranty cannot be claimed retroactively after the purchase if it was not included at the time of purchase.

No. The commercial warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or consumables. Consumable or wear-and-tear parts include, but are not limited to:

• outer tires, inner tubes, and solid tires;
  
• brake pads, brake discs, and brake linings;
  
• bearings, seals, and bushings;
  
• grips, fenders, and kickstands;
  
• screws and other parts prone to wear from use;
  
• other parts whose lifespan depends on the method and intensity of use.
  

Worn brakes, worn or punctured tires, and similar wear are not considered warranty defects. If an actual factory defect is proven on a wear-and-tear part, the case will be handled individually.

Factory models are generally produced in one universal configuration. KuKirin × EVOLT version upgrades key components that have the greatest impact on safety, control, and user experience.

Hydraulic brakes allow for more precise and uniform braking, while the selected tires provide better grip on the surfaces you ride on most often.

In addition to upgraded equipment, you also receive local service support and the option for a total two-year commercial warranty.

NUTT hydraulic brakes require less force at the brake lever and allow for better control of braking power. Compared to mechanical brakes, they do not have a classic steel cable that can stretch or require frequent adjustments. Because of this, they are more suitable for more powerful and heavier electric scooters, especially at higher speeds, longer descents, and frequent braking.
