The black switch features an upper ON/OFF toggle, a middle turn signal switch, and a lower horn button. The round mount attaches to the handlebar, and the cable connects via a green connector.

Replacement and function test

• Before replacing, disconnect the vehicle power. Note the wiring and install the new switch in the same intended location without pinching the wiring.
• Check that the buttons or key operate without sticking and that the connector is correctly engaged. The handlebar must rotate without straining the cable.
• Before riding, test each function individually. When contact is interrupted, check the connector and wiring as well, as the fault may not necessarily be in the switch itself.
