CQ flush-mount charging socket with internal XT30

The charging port features a threaded CQ flush-mount socket and a yellow XT30 connector on a red-black wire pair. It is secured through an appropriate hole in the housing using a nut.

The cable is approximately 16 cm long. Before replacement, compare the diameter of the threaded part, the CQ shape, and the polarity. Secure the wiring with enough slack so that pulling the charging plug does not stress the internal connection.

Connection and cable protection

• Before performing work, disconnect the power supply according to the device's instructions. Compare the shape of the connectors, polarity or signal layout, and the condition of the contacts.
• Connect the joints without forcing them and protect them based on the installation location. Route the cable away from sharp edges and moving parts.
• Ensure that the wiring is not pinched during steering or folding. Check the polarity and layout of signal contacts before switching on.
