CQ recessed charging socket with internal XT30

The charging port features a threaded recessed CQ socket and a yellow XT30 connector on a red-black pair of leads. It is secured through the corresponding housing opening with a nut.

The cable is approximately 16 cm long. Before replacement, compare the diameter of the threaded part, the CQ shape, and polarity. Secure the wiring with enough slack so that pulling the charging plug does not stress the internal connection.

Connection and wiring protection

• Before working, disconnect the power supply according to the device's manual. Compare the shape of the connectors, polarity or signal layout, and contact condition.
• Connect the joints without forcing them and protect them based on the installation location. Route the cable away from sharp edges and moving parts.
• Check that the wiring does not get pinched when steering or folding. Check the polarity and signal contact layout before turning on.
