Features and Compatibility

• Model: KuKirin G2 Pro.
• Right-hand black mechanical brake lever with a red electrical cut-off connector.

Approximate dimensions

• Lever: 170 × 89 × 37 mm.
• Signal cable: 75 mm.

The total length is approximately 170 mm, the signal cable measures 75 mm and has a red connector. Check the right-hand orientation, cable end type, and electrical connection. The lever must return without sticking after release.

Correct Lever Position

• Replace a damaged or bent lever and check the cable and housing. Before disconnecting the electrical connector, turn off the power.
• Install the lever in an accessible position, attach the cable, and adjust the tension. Route the electrical cable so that it does not strain when turning the handlebars.
• Check mechanical braking and electrical brake sensing separately. The lever must return freely, and the wheel should not remain braked without pressure on the lever.
