Right front caliper for mechanical disc brake

The front black caliper is designed for the right side of the wheel and cable-actuated braking. The included adapter, bolts, and spring mechanism form a replacement mechanical assembly.

Approximate dimensions

• Caliper with adapter: 103 × 69 × 50 mm.
• Mounting hole spacing: 50 mm.
• Hole diameter: 5 mm.

Before installation, compare the cable pull lever direction, mounting spacing, and disc diameter. Align the caliper only after the wheel is installed so that the disc runs correctly between the pads.

Mechanical brake adjustment

• Replace the caliper if it is damaged or its mechanism cannot be properly adjusted. Worn pads or a bent disc do not necessarily mean the caliper is faulty.
• Align it with the disc on the appropriate adapter, connect the cable, and adjust the pad position and lever throw according to the instructions. Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
• The brake should engage before the lever touches the handlebar. Check the mechanism return, free wheel rotation, and the gradual bedding-in of new pads.
