Thumb throttle with power button

The black lever combines a ribbed thumb throttle and an upper power button. The cable measures approximately 28.5 cm and ends in a white multi-pin connector.

The housing is approximately 70 mm wide, with an internal mounting diameter of around 22 mm. Before replacement, compare the shape of the white connector and the wire arrangement; install the throttle so that it does not rub against the grip.

Installation and response check

• Before replacement, switch off the vehicle and disconnect the power according to the servicing procedure. Compare the contacts and connect the plug without forcing it.
• Route the cable so that it is not stretched when the handlebars are turned fully. Secure the lever so that its moving part has sufficient clearance and returns immediately when released.
• Before riding, check the throttle response and brake motor cut-off under controlled conditions. Do not use a sticking or damaged lever.
