Thumb throttle with power button

The black lever combines a ribbed thumb-operated throttle switch and a top power button. The cable measures approximately 28.5 cm and terminates in a white multi-pin connector.

The housing is approximately 70 mm wide, and the inner clamp diameter is about 22 mm. Before replacing, compare the shape of the white connector and the wire pinout; install the throttle so that it does not rub against the grip.

Installation and Response Check

• Before replacing, turn off the vehicle and disconnect the power following the service procedure. Compare the contacts and plug in the connector without forcing.
• Route the cable without tension during full handlebar turns. Attach the lever so that the moving part has enough clearance and returns immediately upon release.
• Before riding, test the throttle response and brake cut-off function in a controlled environment. Do not use a sticking or damaged lever.
