Throttle lever with lock and two blue connectors

The black thumb throttle features a built-in ignition lock and two keys. A cable about 20 cm long splits into a blue 3-pin and a blue 2-pin connector.

The mount diameter is approximately 22.5 mm. When choosing, check the blue 3-pin and 2-pin connectors and their wiring layout. The cable routing must allow for free handlebar rotation.

Installation and response check

• Before replacing, turn off the vehicle and disconnect the power according to the service procedure. Compare the contacts and connect the connector without forcing.
• Route the cable without tension during full handlebar rotation. Secure the lever so that the moving part has enough clearance and returns immediately after release.
• Before riding in controlled conditions, check the throttle response and the brake motor cutoff. Do not use a sticking or damaged lever.
