Throttle lever with lock and green round connector

The black thumb throttle combines the throttle, ignition lock, and a pair of keys. The electrical connection is made via a single round green connector.

This version connects via a single round green connector. Before replacing, compare the number of pins, their arrangement, and the cable length on the removed part.

Installation and Response Check

  • Before replacing, turn off the vehicle and disconnect the power supply according to the service procedure. Compare the pins and connect the connector without forcing it.
  • Route the cable without tension during full handlebar rotation. Attach the lever so that the moving part has enough clearance and returns immediately upon release.
  • Before riding, check the throttle response and drive cutoff in controlled conditions. Do not use a sticking or damaged lever.
