The black plastic cover has a hexagonal top and a wider round bottom edge. It is intended to protect the corresponding nut on the swingarm assembly.

The height is approximately 20 mm, and the bottom edge diameter is 33 mm. Before choosing, compare the internal width and the space around the nut. The cover is attached only after the nut has been properly fastened; it does not replace the tightening of the threaded connection.

Fitting the protective cover

• Before installation, clean the surface and verify that the cover sits correctly on the edges. Do not force it if the shape or diameter is incorrect.
• After assembly, check access to control elements and ensure free movement of adjacent parts. Replace a damaged cover; the protective cover does not repair a cracked base housing.
