Rear fender support in DB version

The black reinforced support connects the rear fender to the corresponding mounting part of the scooter. It measures approximately 124 × 43.8 × 23 mm, and the hole spacing at the ends is 24 and 16 mm.

Approximate dimensions

• Upper holes: spacing 24 mm, diameter 4.3 mm.
• Lower holes: spacing 16 mm, diameter 5.3 mm.

The kit is completed by four screws and two nuts. Compare the DB version with the old support, especially the position of the stepped part and holes; do not modify the support by bending or additional drilling.

Installation without rubbing against the wheel

• Remove the damaged part and check the condition of the mounting points. Tighten the screws evenly so as not to crack the housing or bend the support.
• Rotate the wheel and check the tire clearance along the entire circumference. For a vehicle with suspension, there must remain enough space even during suspension operation.
• After the first ride, check the fastening. Do not use the fender as a handle for lifting or as a footrest.
