Reinforced ULIP inner tube with 90-degree valve

The ULIP 10 × 2.75-6.5 inner tube features a thicker wall construction and a metal valve bent at a right angle. The valve has a black protective cap.

  • Metal valve is bent 90° outwards.

  • Outer diameter of inner tube: 244 mm.
  • Inner diameter: 153 mm.
  • Width: 45.1 mm.
  • Length of bent valve: 36 mm.
  • Packaging: 150 × 72 × 62 mm.
  • Hanging tab of packaging: 50 × 22.5 mm.

Before installation, compare the tire dimension and valve direction with the motor hub. Remove debris and check the rim edges, then insert the inner tube without kinks or pinching.

Replacement without pinching the inner tube

  • Before replacing, find the cause of the puncture in the tire or on the rim. Debris, a sharp edge, or a damaged rim tape can immediately damage the new inner tube as well.
  • Inflate the inner tube slightly, align the valve with the hole, and distribute it evenly within the tire. When seating the tire bead, do not pinch it with mounting tools.
  • Inflate to the pressure permitted for the wheel assembly. Check the valve position and sealing; do not use the valve cap to stop a leak.
