Four-piston NUTT Y5 set for KuKirin G4 Max

The set for the front and rear brakes of the KuKirin G4 Max contains left and right NUTT Y5 levers, two four-piston calipers with hoses, and connection fittings. The black calipers with white logos have transport spacers installed. The levers have signal cables for motor cutoff during braking.

Set design

• Left lever for front and right lever for rear brake.
• Nominal hose length: 1350 mm front and 2200 mm rear. Approximate lengths of 139 cm and 223.5 cm are marked on the dimension photos.
• Caliper mounting hole spacing: 52 mm.
• Front caliper: approximately 89 × 60.5 × 38.7 mm; rear: approximately 89 × 61 × 38 mm.
• Supplier bracket designation: F160/R140.
• Brake discs are not included.

Fitment for KuKirin G4 Max

The supplier explicitly states this SKU is for the KuKirin G4 Max. Before installation, compare the design of the existing calipers, brackets, disc diameter and thickness, and brake cutoff connectors. The F160/R140 designation describes the included bracket version; it does not mean every G4 Max has these disc diameters. If the configuration is different, appropriate brackets are required.

Installation

The hoses must be properly routed and connected to the levers, then the system must be bled according to NUTT instructions. Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanic who verifies disc clearance, sealing, and motor cutoff functionality. Before riding, the pads must be properly bedded in.
