Throttle with key lock and buttons for power and drive selection

The black thumb lever combines a key ignition, power button, and motor mode selection button. Two keys are included; the approx. 15 cm long cable has a black round multi-pin connector.

The clamp measures approx. 22.5 mm. For correct operation, compare the pin layout and supported controller functions, then check the clearance for the key and the travel of the thumb lever.

Installation and response check

• Before replacing, turn off the vehicle and disconnect the power according to the service procedure. Compare the contacts and plug in the connector without forcing.
• Route the cable without tension at full handlebar turn. Secure the lever so that the moving part has sufficient clearance and returns immediately upon release.
• Before riding under controlled conditions, check throttle response and brake-driven power cut-off. Do not use the lever if it is sticking or damaged.
