Throttle lever and ignition lock with five contacts

This black unit combines a thumb throttle lever and an ignition lock. Two keys are included, and the electrical connection is made via a five-pin green connector.

The cable is approximately 165 mm long. Before purchasing, count the contacts on your old lever; a similar six-pin version uses a different connection. Also, check the clearance for the key next to the brake lever and the free return of the throttle.

Installation and response checking

• Before replacing, turn off the vehicle and disconnect the power supply according to the service procedure. Compare the contacts and plug in the connector without forcing it.
• Route the cable without tension when the handlebars are fully turned. Mount the lever so that the moving part has sufficient space and returns immediately when released.
• Before riding, check the throttle response and the brake-cut-off function in controlled conditions. Do not use if the lever is sticking or damaged.
