Throttle lever and ignition lock with five contacts

The black unit combines a thumb throttle lever and an ignition lock. Two keys are included, and the electrical connection is made via a green five-pin connector.

The cable is approximately 165 mm long. Before purchasing, count the contacts on the old lever; a similar six-pin version uses a different connection. Also check the space for the key next to the brake lever and free return of the throttle.

Installation and response verification

• Before replacement, turn off the vehicle and disconnect the power supply according to the service procedure. Compare the contacts and connect the connector without forcing it.
• Route the cable without tension during full steering rotation. Secure the lever so that the moving part has enough clearance and returns immediately after being released.
• Before riding, verify the throttle response and brake cut-off of the drive in controlled conditions. Do not use a sticking or damaged lever.
