Before selecting, please verify the actual brake on your vehicle. The pads match the specified caliper design, even in the event of an appropriate upgrade, but they are not an automatic replacement for standard brake pads of another brand.

Only for Magura MT5, MT5e, or MT7 calipers with the appropriate pad shape. If the vehicle has a different caliper, these pads are not a direct replacement.

Brake pad

The friction lining presses against the disc, and the backing holds it in the correct position in the caliper. Replace both pads together if they are worn, damaged, or contaminated with oil. During installation, also check the safety clip and free wheel rotation.

When to replace and how to start

• Inspect the pads in case of poor braking, uneven wear, or contamination. Replace both pads in the same caliper; check the minimum allowed thickness in the brake manual.
• Remove the safety clip and the old pair. Following the procedure for your caliper, prepare the space for the new pads, then insert the spring, the new pair, and the safety clip. Do not grease the friction surfaces.
• Check free wheel rotation and lever operation. Bed in the new pads with several gradual decelerations in a safe area, without locking the wheel.
