160 mm brake disc with 50 mm mounting circle

The silver brake disc has six holes on a 50 mm circle and a rounded wavy edge. The cutouts run along the brake ring; six screws are included.

Approximate dimensions

• Disc diameter: 160 mm.
• Mounting circle: 50 mm.
• Distance between adjacent holes: 25 mm.

The distance between adjacent holes is 25 mm. Check this distance on the hub and the allowed disc thickness for the caliper before ordering. A six-bolt mounting with a 44 mm circle is not the same design.

Replacing and aligning the disc

• Replace the disc if there are cracks, permanent deformation, or wear below the allowed thickness. In case of rubbing, first check the caliper alignment as well.
• Clean the hub mounting surface and install the disc in the marked direction of rotation. Tighten the screws gradually in a cross pattern to the specified torque.
• Keep the braking surface clean and free of grease. After assembly, check for free rotation and braking performance; a new disc and pads require proper bedding in.
